MUTUAL FUNDS

What most investors do in building a diversified portfolio – allocating resources across various asset classes based on a risk/reward target and rebalancing periodically – INTECH does at the stock level. INTECH’s process overweights stocks with low correlations and high relative price movements in an attempt to maximize the gains captured through dynamic portfolio rebalancing.

INTECH U.S. Managed Volatility Fund

Inception Date: December 30, 2005

Overview

A U.S. large-cap core equity fund seeking to provide excess return over a full market cycle with up to 40% less volatility than the Russell 1000® Index. INTECH applies a mathematical investment approach designed to seek alpha during normal market environments and reduce downside risk during periods of market crisis, potentially improving risk-adjusted returns. The goal of INTECH’s dynamic volatility management approach is to provide investors with a smoother path to long-term capital appreciation.
